Preparing Nana’s Own Mashed Potatoes couldn’t be much easier, honestly. All you need is 3 cups of hot water, then follow one of the sets of instruction below. Captivating potatoes will be on your table in minutes.

Yield: Each pouch yields 1.8 pounds, or 6 ½-cup servings. Entire carton yields 21.6 pounds, or 72 ½-cup servings.

Stove Top:
  1. Boil 3 cups of water in large saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat. Add one pouch of mashed potatoes.
  3. Stir potatoes for 10 seconds to mix with water.
  4. Let potatoes sit 5–7 minutes. Stir with fork before serving.
Microwave:
  1. Boil 3 cups of water in large microwave-safe bowl or container.
  2. Remove from microwave and add one pouch of mashed potatoes.
  3. Stir potatoes for 10 seconds to mix with water.
  4. Let potatoes sit for 5–7 minutes. Stir with fork before serving.
